SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
结构特(te)点：
●头、尾滚(gun)筒采(cai)用鼓形表(biao)面(mian)，可自动纠正胶(jiao)带的运行。
The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface,
which can automatically correct the alignment of the
belt;
●头部滚筒面(mian)由可更(geng)(geng)换的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)衬片组成，维修(xiu)更(geng)(geng)换方(fang)便。
The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented
friction lining, which is convenient for repair and
replacement;
●笼(long)型结构的(de)尾(wei)部(bu)滚(gun)筒，避免了物料堆积。
The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
●料(liao)斗(dou)与胶(jiao)带之间有(you)成型(xing)的橡胶(jiao)垫(dian)板，在料(liao)斗(dou)绕过头尾滚筒时起缓(huan)冲作(zuo)用。
Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail
pulleys;

The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly
shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving

SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
● NBC 型：适合以中(zhong)低速提升石灰(hui)石、熟料等；
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
● NBS 型(xing)：适合以(yi)低速提升粉(fen)状物料(liao)和小颗粒状物料(liao)；
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
● NBH 型（NBH-C)：由(you) NBS 发展的一种高速斗式提升机，由(you)于(yu)运行速度高，在提升能力相(xiang)同时，可采用比(bi)
NBS 型小的(de)提(ti)升机，非常经济。
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.
链式输送机
链(lian)式(shi)输送机（拉链(lian)机），是(shi)一种(zhong)输送粉状、粒状物料，运行水平(ping)或(huo)倾斜角小(xiao)于(yu) 15°的机械产品，已广(guang)泛用于(yu)水泥、

A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

It is suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material in Chemical Industry.
●既可(ke)以水(shui)平→垂(chui)直(zhi)（倾斜）、又可(ke)以水(shui)平→垂(chui)直(zhi)（倾斜）→水(shui)平的(de)输送路线(xian)
The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.
