结构特点
适(shi)用于抗压强度较(jiao)低的粉(fen)质砂岩(yan)、页岩(yan)、粘(zhan)土(tu)和冻土等粘性(xing)物料的破碎。工艺流程简单，解决了物料的粘(zhan)结(jie)和(he)堵(du)塞问(wen)题(ti)，维修保养方便，生产安全可靠。

The gap between rollers is adjustable to cater to the output granular size of different materials
●辊(gun)齿磨损到一定(ding)程(cheng)度，可调整两辊(gun)间隙(xi)以(yi)保证产品粒度，并可方便地更换辊(gun)皮。
In case the roller teeth are worn, output granular size can be guaranteed by adjusting the roller gap. The
toothed rollers sleeve are easily replaceable;
●移动辊(gun)的轴(zhou)承座可做水平(ping)移动，当有不(bu)能(neng)破碎的异物进机时(shi)，将异物排出，保(bao)护机器(qi)不(bu)受(shou)损伤。
The bearing housing of the movable roller can slide horizontally to expel foreign matter thus protecting the
machine from damages;
●柔(rou)性树脂帘可防止含水粘性物料粘附在腔(qiang)体内部(bu)。
The flexible resin curtain can prevent viscous material from adhering to the inner cavity of the machine;
●刮泥装置可防止物料粘辊(gun)，使齿(chi)面清洁，保持应有(you)的(de)剪(jian)切和挤压(ya)作用。
The viscous material scraping device prevents material from sticking to the rollers, which keeps the toothed
surface clean so that its shearing and pressing force is retained;
●四个主(zhu)轴承既可单独润滑，又(you)可集中润滑。
Alternative lubrication methods are available for the four main bearings - either separate lubrication or
centralized grease lubrication.
